You definitely caught great rough textures throughout. I might be interested to see a tight crop on just the boat, especially around the damaged area.

The pink hue was supposed to be very very subtle. Does it seem overwhelming to others?

If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence that you tried~
Not overwhelming, but it's the last color I would choose to enhance a sense of roughness.
I think it would look rougher in B&W, sans color.
I also think that more work in curves on the contrast could enhance the roughness.
