This post is about editing NEFs in Nikon Capture and sharpening.
Nikon Capture honors the camera's sharpening setting from NEF files. It seems that the D200 can use a bit more sharpening than the D70's NEF files. It just got me thinking:
What is the difference between the RAW-section's "Sharpening" setting and the old fashioned "USM"? What does "Sharpening" do exactly?
