Some kind of moraine field I believe. Boulders rolled along in a glacier and then deposited. Some of them look like something cut them off. About a 1/2 mile square area of round boulders and ledges in the SW Idaho desert.

love utah, the rock formations are always so interesting. are these recent? they could qualify for the current challenge

I believe those are lava bombs. Do a search on "Craters of the Moon". You'll likely find out some info about them as well as the Snake River Valley.
