Sigma 17-35 HSM EX: No Auto focus on 10D
Alright everyone, just got some new glass - Sigma 17-35mm f2.8-4 HSM EX.
Get it on my 10D, and the auto focus doesn't work.
I was wondering if this is a problem for other 10D/Canon users? What can I do about it?
I hear that you can change/upgrade :scratch the "chip" in the lenses. If true is this expensive?
So many questions, I hope someone can help me.
Many thanks,

Thanks for your reply, before posting this topic I ran a search and found that thread. It is NOT this problem - the AF does not work at any aperture and is not turning the ring at all.
The lens looks like it could be a good 'un apart from no AF.... GGrr
