I think I've got a few egrets for the "fest". :rofl :rofl :D

Some taken from the MI3 shoot. Still have dozens and dozens of egret shots to work up from the "shoot". Way too much PP in order. I need to read my 2 new books on PS so I can figure out what Im doing. :uhoh :wxwax :D I need to find me a good PP'er. :scratch

Thanks for looking.

Thanks Troy. I appreciate the comments. I wish I knew as much as you and many others here...regarding PP. It's my very weakest link in the chain of events. :cry Some of these I've been told look over sharpened (again) and over saturated. ne_nau.gifheadscratch.gif I picked up the Margulis book (PSFP) and the Camera Raw books....in an attempt to improve my PP. One of these days I hope to actually open these books up. rolleyes1.gif I understand the busy thing. I don't know how I'd handle having kids on top of everything.

Very nice Mike, I don't usually like B&W but it really works well on that first Egret.

Great start Mike, I like the last one best, are you sure he's real?

Really nice Mike and a fine contribution to egret fest. clap.gif They are alll good but I particularly like hte B&W conversion.

The sky on the 6th and 7th had a slight case of the Nikon blues. :D I like the sky on the last shot much more.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Steve, William & Harry. I appreciate you taking the time to look'n'see and comment.

The funny thing, Steve, is that I don't remember converting that image to B&W. I know I'm color blind a good bit..but usually don't have issues with B&W vs. color. Wonder how that got converted. I seriously thought it was a color image. Hmmmm headscratch.gifrolleyes1.gif Oh nooooooooooo I'm getting old maybe. Just hope I remember how to get out the door to shoot my birds in the backyard. :D

Dang it William. You're onto me. None of these birds are real. They are all movie props I stole from Universal Studios late one night. I just pose them on the trees in the yard.

Harry like I told Steve...I thought these were all in color. oh brother. umph.gifrolleyes1.gif B&W shot..hmm where did that come from. Regarding that "Nikon Blue Sky". YOu must have slipped my camera some drugs when we shot together. It's been acting very strange lately.....and ever since returning from MI3. I'll have to take it out back and shoot it if it continues having the "blues".

    Thanks again guys.
