What's next?
Though I got my wife an iPod Shuffle for Christmas last year, those white cords look just plain freaky. They remind me of an old Larry Niven science fiction story (I forget which one) and one of the tech-toys featured were "drouds", which sent recreational stimuli through brain implants.
[chuckling] as far as I can tell, those aren't even Apple-supplied earbuds (unless Apple's changed the design recently). you're right though, as soon as someone sees white cords they think iPod.

I can assure you she did not need my help to look cute. In fact this is a poor representation of real her - but what do you expect when a photo is taken on a suburban train in poor light. The colour version was a lost case.
