gallery tools/phototools

Hi
I cant find the "delete photo" and "moove photos" (from one gallery to another) In the gallery and phototools. Am i doing something wrong or is the feature gone?
i have the POWER account....... Is it different there from the normal account?

those options are in the phototools dropdown

the phototools dropdown is only in smugmug, critique and singleimage views(i think that's all)

When you are logged in, you'll see "photo tools" underneath the photo, like this:
