Swan

In Michigan in the winter, I've not come across much wildlife to photograph apart from geese, ducks, swans and ice fishermen. It's been a pretty mild winter and I couldn't find many ice fishermen, all I could find was this swan.

This is my first post, welcome any comments or critiques.

Regards,

Paul

Why do you need other wild life when you do so well with the swan? Excellent photo, exposure, and detail. Great first post, looking forward to more.

Thanks Saurora. I used a Canon 70-200 f/4L which I'd just bought. Very happy with it!

Sweet shot, love the angle, the tightness and the water drops. A perfect illustration of Andy's point about dynamic range challenges with boids.
