I think the direction was south yesterday. Very few birds, but the birds there were could only easily fly in one direction. (You know the airplanes have been having problems with the jet stream and the wind. I had the chance to check out, unscientifically, the effect of all that wind on the birds and on ME, yesterday late.

Below, later....... Going into the Sunset Flights

Below, the red is in the sky, the last group of birds rapidly heads home. Are they there yet, Harry? Last I saw, they were moving fast.

Another bird spotter trying to stay right side up in a gale of wind!

So, if you all are wondering where the birds are, you might want to check on wind direction. Hopefully, they will mostly get to Florida OK.

Most pilots don't EVEN want to think about flying through a flock of geese, you know :wow
