Exposure challenge, Redwing Blackbirds.

As most of you know these guys are really tough exposures. I have really tried to get the exposures just right through a lot of trial and error.
Please let me know if you think this is the right exposure.
Taken on a semi cloudy day with fill flash.
This guy was singing up a storm and let me get in pretty close.
d200 50-500 Sigma.
