Photo coffee cups w text

please, I plan to get for my challenge win a coffee cup from each of my four winning challenges. One is a vertical, I definitely want to put text with that to make it horizontal.

Since you all went thru this coffee cup/text thing. Is there anything I should know before I do this?

ginger (where did you put the text on the horizontals, though I doubt I will want to do that.)
After all is said and done, it is the sweet tea.
