Uploading question ("Send to Smugmug" problems)

I am trying to use the "Send to Smugmug" program which I like a lot. When I got my new computer and downloaded the file I got this:

I have tried to reinstall with no luck.

Any suggestions? I really like this program and I have redownloaded it with the same problems... :(:

    Hi Rachel,

    I moved your post to the Smugmug APIs, Hacks & Tricks' forum as 'SendToSmugmug' is a 3rd party utility.

    I checked the info for the guy who initially wrote this application, and he hasn't been online here for sometime.
