HTML only page needs work

Any suggestions on my HTML "only" page. It is located under the "About" button or "About eXacteXposure" image then it is the 3rd image of: "Pricing and Availabillity".

:rolleyes Is this the best way to post an HTML only page? I am having trouble getting my top paragraph to not wrap all the way around the page... any way to make it the width of the header? I know there is, but trying to find the code is troublesome. Newbie needing help as usual. Also, how do I remove the "1" and the "<Prev Next>" unused links at the bottom... or can I? Not a big deal if I can't.
