setting prices....

Ok -- so maybe I'm a retard but I have tried to set prices for my first smug mug gallery..but after choosing "buy this image" I check the cart and it has the original smug mug default price (ie .25).. i have tried to follow the info provided but w/ no success. Also, under tax and delivery charge it says TBA or something likke that..whats that all about? my customers would like to know this information i'm sure...
