Join me for a swim?
One of my earliest attempts with my 20D. This was taken hand held (no flash).
Canon 20D
Promaster 28-200 f3.5-5.6
ISO 3200
f5.6
1/13sec
106mm
This was taken before I got my Canon 24-70 f2.8L USM or my 70-200 f2.8L USM-IS.
Another hand-held shot I like is
ISO1600
f3.5
8/10sec
28mm
no flash
Comments are welcome.

Thanks, Andy.
I looked at the tips page and tried to get them both to show but it didn't work. When I use the "insert image" icon and paste the link address it shows a blank square. I have no idea why. The gallery is set to accept external links.
I guess I'm just a problem child!:cry
Thanks, Steve.
I can't believe I got the cave at 8/10sec without moving and blurring the shot! I've always been pretty good at holding steady from practice shooting with other things.
That's not it at all
You were inserting a link like this: (N.B. * used so the codes will show)
[img*]http://nancyrose.smugmug.com/gallery/1127843/1/56941272/Medium[/img*}
When the link you need to use is like this:

The way you get the link is by using "share" button:

Thanks again, Andy.
I had the external links turned on but not the easy share button so I thought the link with the bracketed "IMG" on the ends would work.
I didn't realize that the link had to have a specific format.
Every time I hit this forum I learn something.
I love this place. I just never have enough time to spend here.
PS. What do you think of the cave? I probably should have cropped it a bit. The thing I like most about it is knowing it was hand held at 8/10 of a second with no support of any kind.
