Well, "he" is a she and she has been hit by a car (or truck). She likely suffered a fractured skull hence the bleeding from the nose. If she is not dead someone should put her out of her misery.

*she* was dead.... fraid to say... and yes, she was lying by the side of the road.. i just couldn't figure out the red-nose thing...
