I took this a few hours ago of a neighborhood fire hydrant, any comments/thoughts are appreciated!

I'm not sure about 'Rough', maybe its rough to be chained?

I do like the way the sun is hitting the post, its very dramatic. Maybe you can use Photoshop to sharpen up the links that meet together on the chain, to help the viewer 'focus' their eyes. It is something I'd want my viewer to focus on.
