How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Neat series Ann. The kids and the gorilla look like they are all ready to take a nap in the first one rolleyes1.gif

Hey Ann, how'd you get inside the enclosure with those gorillas? You're looking out at the people. eek7.gif Very nice shots.thumb.gif

Thanks everyone. The Calgary Zoo has done a fantastic job with their habitats. The Gorillas enclosure is very warm and humid, so I'm sure the kids were sleepy. I love the way they all seem to be ignoring the other.

They had recently been 'fed' -the food was hidden all over the enclosure, and the gorillas were hard at work finding it.
There is a path behind the habitat that goes to a second floor 'observation station' that does not have glass between the habitat and the people - hence the view that looks like I am on the inside. While we were there the keepers did take a random viewer into the back with them - really cool. Primatology was my favorite option at University - I could watch the primates for hours on end.......
