Stone Wall [color & B&W]

Finally was able to get out and take some pics since I've been busy with classes and whatnot. I couldn't decide which I liked better. Maybe you all will have a better time deciding. Thanks for looking!

    I'm with you......it seems to be one of those shots that works equally as well in color as it does in black and white...and I am a huge black and white fan. Must be a great shot to do that!!! One thing though, is the horizon off or were you on a slope??? thumb.gif

    Looks like it's a slope to me. However, the wall would not be hurt by a tiny rotation to the right.

    That said, I like the perspective and I think the B&W gives it a moody look that the color doesn't do. Very nice shot.thumb.gif

    I'm going to be different... I prefer the color. The blue sky and poofy clouds make me feel like I'm out on a nice hike through the countryside. The B&W is more foreboding...

    I prefer the colour too, seems to add more depth to the shot and has a stronger "message".
