comment: rallying kicks some serious a** thumb.gif

    my favorite:
    58679506-Th.jpg

it has the best focus on the front of the car, i suspect because this was a slower clss of cars? Your shots of the modern cars make them all seem so much faster than the first few of the "classics"

Have you seen these Escorts go, they are seriously fast for any old car probably the best rally car ever some are worth £50,000, the last 3 modern cars i was using 50mm 1.8 at a slow shutter speed just to see what it could do

This is awesome. How do you pan forwards, shoot at 1/40th and stop stones flying backwards?

    Great set thanks for sharing.

You seem to be enjoying the action whether it's rugby or motor sport. thumb.gif

    Cheers

    Hello folks!
I'm the driver of the rallyorange MKI Escort.
Can I just say what a lovely photo of us and everyone else.
I hope you enjoyed the day as much as did, after beeing away from the forests since 2003, my navigator was on his first forest event and I was a little rusty.
But we are now looking forward to the next one, which will probably be the Dukeries Rally.
Please come and see us on the event, also try the web site with forums at
    www.rallyorange.co.uk
    Thanks chaps, all the best.
    Phil.

I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.
