New Neice in B&W

Hi there,

I'd like to share a picture of my 7 month old neice. I used the Gregg Gorman B&W conversion method here, and then tweaked the color/contrast a bit. Love to know you thoughts and thank you for looking!

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww! How precious is she?? Great shot. Your black and white turned out nicely. Nice catch lights in the eyes. Mom must love this capture! My only thought is that I'm not so keen on where you cropped her head...but other than that I like it!clap.gif

    cute baby-hope you're close by-lot of photo ops-

    the gorman conversion has a nice soft quality about it (imo)-I don't know if it cuts back on the blue channel or what-if you're into bw, check out the other conversions because you might want to use different ones for different settings-

    Great stuff Kevin!

    If I were you I crop the bottom quite a bit. The eyes and expression on the face are amazing but everything below the chin is just kind of 'there' and not doing anything for the image.
