I'd like some feedback as to your thoughts on this picture I took ....

    I like the B&W conversion. Your depth of field is too narrow - not enough of the dog's face is in focus, not even its entire mouth, which rather spoils the story you're telling. A rule of thumb is to try to get the eyes in focus of any animal/ human you're shooting.
