canon 200 mm f/2.8 w/ 1.4 TC.. i didnt buy this combo for birds ( actually bought it for soccer ) but wanted to give it a try......

    Great detail Troy. You're not giving up your 400 are you? My only nit pick is that I think it may be just a little bit dark.

    your right!!!! my monitor setting were totally messed up and i didnt even know it!!! i replaced the image with a corrected version!

    Great shot Troy. You'll be selling this lens within 2 months because you'll miss
    the zoom and get tired of changing lenses all the time. At least that's what I did. :D

    i bought this lens for one reason, soccer with the 1.4 TC.....

    i stilll have my 70-200 f/2.8 IS L
    i know it seems redundant but it makes sense to me....

    Very nice Troy, excellent sharpness and detail. The crop may be a tad too tight.
