I was out this afternoon with a friend of mine and we decided to visit the local cemetary. This is an area that I had never even contemplated. We had a very good trip out and here ate a couple of the results.

I used oth the 28-135IS and the 10-22mm

Nice shots..I love the cross in the third shot. We have a beautiful old cemetary with similar headstones near where I live. I attempted to shoot there on a rainy, miserable day during the Challenge 59 (Rough). I missed an excellent opportunity that day due to not having a long enough lens. Promised myself to go back again. Lots of potential. thumb.gif

    Thanks for stopping by.

I have made a note to revisit this place again, maybe during winter when the mood should be a little more dramatic.

I like the last shot. The perspective is good and I found myself looking at the detail of the cross and not many distractions. The first two did not do much for me. They are not as interesting to me. Hey, but that is just my opinion.

I think you are right though, this place has some potential. Did you have any more pics from this location?
