thanks-glad you like them-they mainly try and sleep during the day but the bachelor males sneak in when the big male is off somewhere else and hassle the females for sex-it usually results in a fight,with a lot of hooking etc.the colony has a couple of thousand in it and they head out each night to feed ,mainly on nectar and berries etc-they fly up to 30 kms to feed.
i will post some more later in the week.i took these wth my pentax multi
