I shot this handheld with my 20D and the 17-85 IS lens.
I used a trial version of Ulead's GIF Animator 5. Resized the pics with BreezeBrowser Pro's proof function. These are right out of the camera with no editing other than BBP's auto sharpening while making the proofs.
I'm looking out the window right now for that same train. I'll let you know if it comes by.

Other than the first frame jumping, I think yours is very cool. I didn't include the first frame of my series. (shutter release)
