This is my first entry for a national photographic magazine competition.

Again its Southall Broadway (can't you tell I love the vibrancy & life that is there? :D). The theme for the competitioon was Low Light. I had the camera on a tripod & managed tocatch the buses as they went passed. I got many odd glances as I stood there on a freezing cold January night looking behind me to see if another bus was coming!! :rofl

The shop is the biggest venor of (legal) Bollywood movies & music in Southall.

Good luck in the contest...I think National Geographic would bring in some fierce competition!!! I like the shot..lots of action. The pole in the foreground is somewhat distracting, though. Those bus drivers drive pretty wild!!!! :D

All in all it's a nice shot, although I might have liked it better if the shutter speed would have been slightly faster, so you'd see a bit more of the actual shape of the bus. And I agree on the pole in the front that's disturbing. But the shot does give the feel of a night on the town.
enjoy being here while getting there
