    You're fearless
I used to enjoy visiting Vegas 2 or three times a year. Things were always bad on the Strip, but it was possible to walk from the Luxor to the Stratosphere, from one end to the other.

Not any more. Last time I went, you couldn't cross the street any more. I had to ride escalators that led me to bridges that crossed the Strip. OK, that ain't so bad you say. Except that a trip through a casino was necessqary to cross the street. No kidding. To cross the street they make you ride an escalator, walk through a casino to get to the pedestrian bridge, cross the bridge, then walk through another casino to get to the escalator that takes you back to the street.

Nothing but a$$es and elbows. So many people.

I hope you did OK at the casinos, especially if you stayed on the Strip. I used to stay at the Strat, before it was popular. VIP all the way, they treated me like a king. Those days are gone. Last time I went, they made me wait on an endless check-in line with everyone else. My VIP days are gone.

    A real shame.

Oh yeah, your pictures. That's what this was about. Sorry about my babbling on, I guess senility has set in at the ripe age of 49.

Your pics are very nice. As good, or better, than anything I have ever shot over there.

    Cheers

Yeah it was very crowded, we stayed at the flamingo for a convention and yes we had to do the escalator bridge deal to get to the Bellagio where I took these pics. We had a pretty good time but after about 3 days I was ready to leave.

Nice images, particularly the second :): , but I think I'll stick with the Scottish Mountains. :):
