Couple Doves

Very windy and cold. These two seemed to be enjoying the warmth from and sandstone and the sun. C&C always welcome.

    Last year found a dove egg sitting nicely a top our gas grillumph.gif

    Very nice Thuse, I like the natural setting, the sharpness and colors. Nice catch light in the eye. My only nit is the missing tail on the dove in the foreground.

    Thanks Steve and Harry..the missing tail was because it was under the spoutingumph.gif Waited and waited for him/her to move a bit, won't cooperate so took the shot and cropped out the spouting. Blah

    If it happens again, probably wouldn't hurt to incorporate the spout into the composition.

    Love the "rough" ness there. Love the doves, too.
