My new computer
Dual Acer one 19 on 20
The 20 is the Ferrair F-20 with 800:1 contrast ratio
2.8g dual core intel processor
1 120g hd
1 250g hd
The monitors look great now just need to figure out how to calibrate them.

Man photoshop would be so much cooler on 2 monitors. Put the image on the big monitor and open up every single toolbar in its own pane on the small monitor. That'd rule the school!

Photoshop is wonderful on two monitors F-20 looks very sweet.
Also forgot to mention 2g of ram.
Was going to go Dell but they put way too much junk on their machines.
This one has windows pro and whatever I want on it thats it.
And here's the best part...no kids allowed on this one password protected
Now don't feel too bad they got my old Dell and it a screemer just not for CS2

Better ...
I've done that for years on my Windows box - used an old monitor for the second monitor for palettes and brushes - not even the same size as the main monitor, just an inexpensive 15 incher. . But it really gives you lots more screen real estate for your main image space.
Once you try it, you'll never go back to a single monitor system. Unless its a 23 In Cinema display of course...........

Great looking system Fred.
I never could find out how to have two seperate monitor profiles in Windows, so I just profiled my main monitor and did not profile the monitor for my brushes and palettes.

You are going to love that set up! Once you get two up and running, you will not go back. Especially if you have HDTV running as Picture-in picture on both monitors.
