How To Shoot Basketball

We've had a few dgrinners asking for feedback on their basketball shots.

Well, the best way to learn is to see how the best of the best do it.

With that in mind, here's a link to the ESPN gallery of NBA shots. Note how tight they shoot, how the ball is in the frame, how partial bodies are Ok if they frame the action.

    Thanks wax, this is a good illustration of what you have been talking about. Next week is a full practice match. Hopefully I can get some real action shots out of it.

    Scrolling from top to bottom, it did kind of remind me of some of Winger's photo-threads :D No doubting that tight is good and just another example of where less can be more.
