Hey Dgrinners!

To all those out there in the greater New York area- I will be the featured artist from April 2nd to April 30th at Subia's Cafe, 506 Jersey Ave., in Jersey City.

I just reviewed my portfolio with them today, and got the slot for next month. I will be having a closing party, but don't know the details yet- I will post them when I get the info (likely in the next week or so).

I will hang 12 shots, and they will be for sale. I am not certain exactly what the theme is, as they gave me quite a bit of lattitude. If anyone has checked out my gallery, and has a suggestion they particularly like or dislike, let me know. This is my first exhibition, so I am a complete novice.

Also, if anyone knows what pricing 8x10 and 16x20 shots usually go for in this area, clue me in. I don't want to be too cheap, but I don't want to scare folks off either.

thanks,

"O Justiceiro"

    thanks, I would really love for some folks to drop by and check out the photos while they spend the month on the wall. Also, subia's has great oranic foods (being a chemist, I have to grind my teeth at the innapropriate use of the word "organic" and give the lig anyway) and coffee. So if you are in JC, and need a coffee fix, and its april, drop by.

    Also, pricing advice is crucial for me;

    1- If I actually sell something my wife will release the pursestrings of the house account, and new gear funding will flow like a mighty mighty river.

    2-I don't want to be too cheap, because I think people think "cheap" is necessarily "bad" art.

    3- I don't want to be too expensive, and reveal my essentially pompous and self-aggrandizing manner, which I labor very hard to conceal.

    Any input would be appreciated.
