Just a couple of days ago I posted some night shots of Minneapolis and St. Paul and complained about the brown landscape and lack of snow.

Well, the Twin Cities just got nailed with 10 inches of snow on Monday and it looks like there is more in the forecast tonight and Thursday morning.

Here are a few shots I took on Monday, March 13th.

What's with all this white stuff, covering that beautiful brown scenery? I liked the brown and white lines of the snow covered trees on the last one a lot.

The image of the playground in the snow is quite strong. Nice capture!

    Laurie & Cabbie,

    Thanks for the comments.

Laurie, I'll have to side with Cabbie on this one. Thou the storm produced some nice photo ops I failed to mention it took me 4 hours to get to work that day and I spent 1 1/2 hours of it stuck in a ditch with my car. The pics were the only thing that went right on Monday.

    Bring on spring!!
