Lovely colors, Ted. The range of oranges against the blueish sky give it a 3D feeling. So this is with a 30D huh? How do you like it so far?

It is a big jump from sony f707. It is very responsive and for me an ex-film eos user quite easy to use. There is quite a lot to learn too - it is feature packed.

Things I like most: 1/3 stop ISO, nice size LCD, ISO in viewfinder.
Thinks I dislike most: having to pace myself with lens purchases ;-)

Thank you. My wife thinks it looks like a fragment of some old masters oil painting.
