My Header Picture is missing

The place where my logo usually resides in the header has now been replaced with a blank spot & a red "X". I haven't touched my logo (or it's code) in several months. Up til today it's always been there. So I re-uploaded my logo to my private gallery (which is where is was before) & I copied the URL path from the picture, went into control panel, customize & replaced the old picture link with this new one. Still getting the red "X".
This is the code that I have in my header section:
<table width="600" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="center" >
<tr><td>
<img src="http://deku.smugmug.com/photos/60254382-M.jpg" align="left"></tr></td></table>
<div align="center">
<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"> CheckRedirects(); </script>
When I'm logged in, I can see the header. I empty my IE cache & refresh the page & can still see it. When I log out, I can see it. Then I empty my cache again & refresh... not it's a box w/a red "X".
Also noticed that the radio buttons for the "display smugmug header" selection are blank. So I select "above", save & when I go back into "customize" it's blank again.
HELP!!!
Thanks!

All better? You had "external links" turned off in the gallery that holds your header image that's a :nono and will prevent anyone from seeing it.
I hope this helps,

Thanks for the feedback, but I don't think that's it. I empty my cache at least once a week. It was brought to my attention by a friend of mine who has seen my page several times over the past few months & this was the first time he's seen the red "x". He's a techie too & I know he cleans his cache quite often. Anyway, problem resolved... now I know how to fix it in case it ever comes up again! Thanks!!
