Worst part is I have myself many times had to ask the person on the phone if there was a child there I could talk to....

Spend 15 minutes talking to the adult and not get anywhere, or spend 5 minutes with the kid and have it resolved.

"Ahh I see sir, I'm sure we can get this problem resolved very quickly. All I need is to speak with one of your children."

Does Apple have a way to keep track of how many people we convert? I've gotten 4 familes to drop their PC's and go all Mac.

I've actually used the Hold button to rip at something because a person couldn't find a menu as simple as tools before.

This is my new theme movie. My life in a 5 minute clip.

Ive used the mac line as well, even the hold button. Ive even been known to give someone the finger over the phone. This dude stole my whole coping methode. Grrrrr and he didn't even pay me, isn't that a copyright violation?
