i've had my sony f828 modified by maxmax.com and i'm finding myself using it less and less these days, as i've gotten more into the work i'm doing with my dslr system.
what's the conversion all about? well, you can shoot infrared with full control of the camera - shutter speed, aperture, iso, it's all your choice (a, s, p, or m modes). the full details of the conversion are spelled out in this thread

here's what's included in this sale:

here's how i come up with that price:
accessories (extra battery, remote filters, memory sticks easily add up to more than $300 wholesale.
take an existing f828 and have it converted by maxmax the price would be $350.
sony f828s on ebay go for between $500 and $700.
