IPTC Keywords disappearing

I am hoping this is a quick "duh" on my part that someone can point out.
The keywords on my uploads are disappearing. They are added using Adobe Bridge to the RAW file prior to conversion to .DNG. They are then converted to JPG using the Save dialog in Camera Raw.
Both the .dng file and the .jpg file display the keywords in Bridge and in the File Info in CS2. The keywords do not show up in the uploaded file though.
I've read a bunch of threads going back sometime on here and have seen that in theory keywords added in Bridge/CS2 with semi-colons should import without issue.
I don't know of anyway to test the .jpg file locally for keyword information. Neither the ones I had created in an old workflow with IView (which mangled the EXIF data amongst other issues - hence the switch back to Adobe for the JPG creation) that had keywords in place when uploaded, nor the new ones show any keyword data in the Properties under Windows.
Anyone else have a similar experience and can point out a mistake I am making here? Much appreciated...

I just validated again, they are working fine. Semicolons, or commas.

the file in both the .dng and .jpg format shows the keywords in CS2, specifically:
hockey; varsity; blues; university; sport; cis; dalhousie; 1 Star; davies

- Apply template with basic info, including some global keywords
- Go through and add rating info
- Individually add keywords for photo specific info (like names)
- Filter based on 1 Star +
- Camera raw and crops
- Save as .dng and then as .jpg for SM upload
Did you see the existing keywords in there when you opened it, then added a couple more and suddenly they all appeared on upload?

After uploading that pic displays the keywords - excluding the one I just added - but it's there in the box if I click to edit them.

That bit of oddness aside it seems maybe Bridge is doing something to the keywords on export from DNG to JPG that is causing this. They are obviously still there and it only takes a modification of the field in CS2 to bring them back to life... made odder by the fact that this is two Adobe products from the same family... I'll mess around some more tomorrow and see if I can narrow the scope any further.
Thanks for your assistance!
