I like the shot but not the crop. I would crop the bottom off at the bottom of the ledge he is sitting on. As it is i just think the bottom is empty space that does not add anything to the shot.

The reason I left it in was because I liked the fade of shawdow below the bench. I see the emptiness though.

sorry, but...
gluwater is right. The lower part is distracting. Unless you realy, realy want that you should try to crop it.

Great shot and I like the negative space below the ledge. I think it gives the shot depth and balances the shadows behind and beside the subject.

If anything I would've liked seeing a little bit more space top and right.
