Thanks and Yep, i agree about the background, but no matter how hard I tried to get him to wait, he just wouldn't... the nerve of some birds.... btw, the large vertical yellowish thing is a power pole :
I know what you mean about those birds not cooperating You'd think they'd be used to the attention and give us some nice poses. Unlike many of my bird pics, you caught him taking off from the front....lol

The problem is that I did not know the english for pole ...:D It looked like one indeed ... Or is it "pole" more an american word than an english one ?
