Zoom Thumbnail won't work for some galleries

I can't find an answer to this problem, although I did find a report in Dec 2005 in the "smugmug bug" thread. I have a couple of galleries that I cannot seem to do a 1:1 zoom thumbnail for any pic in the gallery. Supposedly this was an known bug back in december. Is there a work around? TIA.

It's not actually a bug. I'll try to explain the likely answer - we make 2 copies of each photo you store on SmugMug. Thye are on separate disk arrays. If one of those disk arrays is being repaired, the photos will be blocked from things like thumbnailing .. when the 2nd copy is validated, and things are back to normal, then you'll be able to do it.

It could be something else, I won't know till you give me a gallery link

Thomas, that actually makes more sense, a couple pics rather than a whole gallery - so you can do one of three things:

1) wait
2) upload a new pic
3) make 2nd copy and zoom that one
