Upgrade Question

I'm thinking about opening a Smugmug account. (Don't fall over.)

If I get the standard account for now and say in a few months I want to upgrade how is that billing difference handled?

(Yes I searched. I know how to do the upgrade in the control panel :):)

    Hi Dana,
We do the math, and prorate the difference. On your anniversary date, the new amount would kick in for the ensuing year.

    I hope this helps!

Perfectly and just what I had expected to hear.

    Thanks Andy.

Basicly what Andy said. I just wanted to comment to tell you that I had the full tour - starting with a standard account - more than a year later I upgraded to power user - another couple of month I was on a pro account.
All of this went absolutely flawless and the additional billings were accurate - no hidden upgrade fee or catch of any kind - as usual. :D

Hope you already got a referrer to save you the 5$ when you sign up. mwink.gif
