I'd *really* like to see this. As employees, we can't really ethically contribute except to correct bogus information, so I'm sorta hoping some of you will take up the gauntlet and spruce it up.

It's a wiki, so go crazy - add whatever stuff you think is relevant, important, and distinct about us. But please stay away from being promotional - this is an encyclopedia, people go to that page to be educated about who we are, what we do (and what we don't do!), not be advertised to.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!

    Don

Not sure exactly what they were looking for, but I went through and removed or changed any language that sounded like PR.

I'll definitely take some time to spruce it up a bit.

The reason it was tagged as needing cleanup is that it sounded too much like advertising. If we want to spruce it up, we best be careful that it conforms to their rules, such as having a neutral point of view.

I hear ya. It's difficult not to sound like advertising though. I mean where does it cross the line? Obviously the history of smugmug is valid and judging on the flikr entry the specs on what you can do with various account levels is valid too. Maybe we can put our ideas in this thread first and we can all hash it out together.
