What am I doing wrong? Everything seems to have good lighting but the white blouse is blown out. How can I prevent this? Here is the shot info.

    You have to check for blown highlights with the histogram while you're shooting and make sure you're not clipping.

    The shot as it stands can be improved. For one thing, it's too cold. Warm it up via any number of methods...then apply the shadow/highlights tool. There's a brief tutorial on it here.
