    ts when people try to handle sick or injured ones that trouble starts

    they have big teeth,sharp hooks on the wings and strong sharp claws-tough customers.

    Wow, great shot! Tough to nail a dark critter against the sky and see anything, especially in focus. They are really cool animals. I wonder if they would make good pets?

    glad you like it-yes hard to expose properly-i used +1EV which worked out to be 1/500th , f5.6 , iso 200

    the hard part is focus as I am using manual focus telephotos but my technique is improving-i think a split circle focussing screen is next on my gear list
