Love Doves

Caught these two love doves doing the thing that comes natural in spring.

    very nice series. I like the 2nd one a lot and how the background dove is just slightly out of focus.

    Very pretty colors in these shots. Oh, and I could swear she's smiling in that last shot. :D

    Very nice Russ, sharp, great backgrounds. My only nit is no catch light in the eye.

    You're right about the catchlight Steve. It so happened that I did have my flash set up but had turned it off because of a weird redeye effect it gave a scrub jay I was shooting before these two came along. Thanks for the observation.
