SmugMug has always had a major soft spot for organizations that are really trying to make this world a better place. Ever since we have launched the site, we have given free Pro accounts for a good cause.

Well, we are now formalizing our offer. If you are a legitimate non-profit organization, 501 (c) 3 certified, we'll give your organization one Free lifetime Pro Account to help you further your cause. :thumb

Until we get a better sign up process, please send me an email (markham@smugmug.com) with your Organization name, website address, and your certification and I will set up your account.

Thanks,
Markham

That is awesome Mike. We have been doing a few non-profit customizations internally but we would love to offer some simple look & feel changes for more of our non-profits.

Thanks again for your offer. thumb.gif

I agree, very commendable mike, but how much free time do you plan on having once that kid arrives?

whatever you're thinking, cut it by 50% for every month they are old. :uhoh

WOW how wonderful is this? Mike are you serious about helping with layout and design? When you have time?

Setting up something for the non-profit wildlife part of my life ( quite differnt from my wildife in in my 20's) is something I have wanted to do for quite a while, just a complete bust with that sort of thing.

Smugmug you are a great bunch!

I am serious. Of course I can't very well stay afloat if all I do is free designs for non-profits. Like I said, I've only got 2 hands. And I can't start until June. And it's only for Smugmug sites that qualify for free Smugmug service because of their non-profit status.

    But yes, I'm serious.

Trying to tell someone what it's like to have kids is like trying to describe snow to someone who's never seen it. Until they're standing ankle deep in it, barefoot, they'll never quite understand what it is.

Has your wife hit that point yet, where she realizes that this thing is only coming out one way? I remember the look of panic. It's all fantasy and showers until they realize that there's only one exit route, and they turn white.

Amen to that. I got two girls (3yr & 1yr) but they are worth every poopie diaper iloveyou.gif

As for your load, Mike, don't worry I got your back. I won't send anything to you that isn't top priority. Most of these organizations are Extremely grateful for even just a little customization.

Here is one that JT helped me do that only took a couple minutes, but now they are estactic! http://nulphotogallery.smugmug.com/

She's not even showing yet so I don't think that she's gotten to that point yet really. As for me, all I know is she's constantly tired (less so now in the 2nd trimester) and the docs are saying she's pregnant. ne_nau.gif

I just want to chime in and say "thanks" for SmugMug's generosity! It was time to renew our pro account and SM customer service noticed that our nonprofit club probably qualified for a free account - I wouldn't have realized this otherwise.

    thanks SmugMug!
