domain cancelled

I had signed up with joker.com months ago and with the e-mails they sent, it appeared that I got my domain transfered to them. I have been receiving e-mails from Lycos saying that my account was about to close, well, now it has and I can't get on it, unless I include the smugmug.com part of the url. Here is what it says on joker.com:
registrar - joker.com
status - lock
owner - lycos, then my name and address

what do I need to do to get my "dot.com" back, short of paying Lycos again.

    I'm sorry what's your smugmug site address please? We're not joker, or lycos, so I can't help you there....
