Different access for the same photos

Based upon reading other threads I think the answer to my question is to set up two galleries with different access, but I want to make sure I am not missing out.

I take pictures of my daughter's various sports teams and provide the other parents the ability to buy the photos. However, I would like to block other people from buying the photos, but allow them to see them on my web site. Am I missing something or is the only solution to set up two galleries?
