    Thanks everyone for the niceties! These really are fascinating birds. Though they haven't been around the wetlands like they used to be, they still make an appearance long enough to get off a couple of shots.

    Thomas, there were some reports of Caracaras at the Orlando Wetlands the day we were there but I have not personally seen them there. These were at Viera. I've also seen them at Joe Overstreet (& vicinity) but never anywhere else.
